IMEG makes both an ESOP and 401(k) Plan available to employees as retirement benefits.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
IMEG offers an Employee Stock Ownership Plan for your retirement benefit. The ESOP consists of a blend of IMEG stock and other investments. The ESOP is your opportunity to own a part of IMEG. Please contact the ESOP Administrator for questions on this plan.
Regardless of an employee’s 401(k) contribution, the company contributes a minimum of 3% to your ESOP account based on your individual eligible compensation.
401(K) Plan
The IMEG 401(k) Plan allows you to invest in yourself for your retirement using either post-tax (Roth) or pre-tax (Traditional) contributions. Please contact the 401(k) Administrator for questions on this plan.
