IMEG cares deeply about your overall wellbeing — both physical and emotional. For that reason, we offer an employee assistance program through Compysch. This program is a voluntary and confidential service that provides employees and their families with professional counseling to work through sensitive issues such as grief, depression, relational issues, etc.

Through the EAP program, you have access to:
- Five face-to-face visits per occurrence with experienced clinicians to help address any personal concerns such as grief, depression, relational issues, etc.
- Financial experts to speak to — unlimited phone access to financial professionals for information regarding personal finance and related issues. Includes one hour with a local financial partner.
- Unlimited phone access to ComPsych legal professionals — Initial consultation at no charge with a local attorney and discounts on additional services.
- ParentGuidanceSM — Unlimited phone access for new parents, about to go or already on maternity leave. Can help support parenting needs and return to work preparation for the entire family.
- Will preparation — Access to EstateGuidance® which offers the ease and simplicity of online will preparation. Employees can complete a will and upload it to their computer.
- Information and referrals on childcare, elder care, adoption, relocation, and other personal matters.
