Bonus
IMEG normally pays a year-end bonus based on individual effort and profitability of the Company. This money is paid to the individual near the end of each calendar year.

IMEG offers many time off plans to support a balance between work and home. Below are some of the time off plans offered. Please see the policies for more information on eligibility and coverage.
- Time off plans are available for regular full-time and regular part-time employees working 20 hours or more per week. Depending on the position, employees could have either a Paid Time Off (PTO) plan or a Responsible Time Off (RTO) plan and these can be used for vacation, illness, emergencies, personal business, family care and other personal needs that require time off from work.
- Holidays (8 days per year)
- Jury duty (up to 3 days per year)
- Bereavement Leave (3 days for immediate family)
- Paid Parental Leave
- Medical Maternity Leave
Professional Licenses and societies
Annual dues for one P.E. state license will be paid, unless an engineer is requested to maintain registration in more than one state. IMEG will also pay annual dues for one society membership. IMEG will pay $10.00 per meal for the dinner expense, when an employee attends a regular technical or society dinner meeting.
